The Milk Carton Kids - Michigan

Heard these guys on World Cafe on NPR. Reminded me a lot of Heartbreak era Ryan Adams, which was a staple of my college days listening habits. These guys mesh well with their harmonies and guitar playing, with some comparing them to Simon and Garfunkel. I have to say that's not too far off. You can download two cd's worth of songs for free from their website. Enjoy.
